It’s no secret that the formulation of skin care products lead you to chose which seasons to use them the most.

Just like the way you are slowly opting for warmer clothing because of the changing weather, you may want to check to make sure that your skincare products are suitable for the season you are in.

Here are some of the products I have introduced into my daily skin care routine for autumn and winter.

I am recommending these because they work on restoring and keeping the skin soft, plump and moisturised while keeping fine lines, dark circles and wrinkles at bay. That’s just what I need as the weather gets dryer. Here we go:

As an essence, it goes on right after cleansing. Think pores, dark spots, dullness and uneven texture. This lightweight liquid treatment boasts of visibly softening the texture of your skin, reducing the appearance of dark spots and fine lines due to dryness, even the skin tone and enhance radiance. Great for all skin types

This is a lightweight retinol serum that supports your skin’s resilience and helps it to restore itself. This in turn, improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Also great for all skin types

This have to be my favourite so far of all my new skin care inclusions this season. It is an anti- ageing moisturiser for dry skin that deeply hydrates and improves the appearance of wrinkles.

I opted for this because the weather towards the end of the year can be very drying, so although I don’t have dry skin I find that this helps my skin weather all the storms. Great for dry skin

We sometimes tend to forget to care for our lips. This is a light weight gel to be used overnight. It works to soothe, rebuild and restore moisturise in the lips.

I use this every night and sometimes during the day for healthy, soft, plump looking lips. Great for all skin types
